Shipping & Returns Policy


All BR+K products can only be shipped to the 48 contiguous U.S. States at this time. 

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days from the time your order is submitted Monday through Friday. This is subject to payment card authorization and stock availability. 

All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Monday through Friday, except on major holidays. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed within 2 to 3 business days. Major holidays include: 

  1. Thanksgiving
  2. Christmas Eve
  3. Christmas 
  4. New Years
  5. Easter 
  6. Fourth of July
  7. Labor Day
  8. Memorial Day 

At this time, we are unable to ship to addresses without a recipient. This includes P.O. Boxes. 

Returns & Exchanges:

All sales are final. 

Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it. All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product. 

If an product shall arrive damaged, please contact our customer service department at as soon as your purchase arrives up to 48 hours so that you can be sent a replacement.

Tracking Your Order:

Please be advised that estimated shipping times are not guaranteed by BR+K, as products are shipped by U.S. Postal Service.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order ships, the shipping address cannot be changed. 

BR+K is not responsible for any items after they shipped. Therefore, if an item is lost in transit and cannot be delivered, a new order must be placed. The buyer must contact the shipping company and file a claim.
